Will the AI change things without asking?
Only if you allow it. Every store starts in approval mode. You set your brand rules, lowest margin and biggest discount, and every change can be undone in one click.
When can I start?

Do I need a product to start?
No. Launch a merch line made when someone orders, or pick from suppliers we check by hand. If you already sell something, BTFLY builds the store around it.
Does BTFLY change my prices?
No. Your prices stay yours. BTFLY suggests offers like bundles or free shipping thresholds, always inside the limits you set.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, and depending on the option you pick, your store URL, current platform, monthly sales range, main social handle, audience size, and a short note on what you want to sell. We also record which option you chose, which plan you were looking at, the time you submitted, and whether you ticked the box to receive product news.
The quick preview tool
When you paste a store URL into the preview tool, our server fetches that public page once to read its title, price, image, description and structured data, writes the rebuilt version, and keeps that rebuild so you can open or share the result. A rebuild holds the page details that were already public and the address you entered; nothing else about you is attached to it. If you then reserve a full preview, the URL you entered is saved with your waitlist entry.
How we use it
- To email you when your beta spot or store preview is ready.
- To understand who is asking for BTFLY (platform, size, what people sell) so we build the right thing first.
- To send occasional product news, only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not run ads or ad trackers on this site.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Manus. The waitlist form and the preview tool send what you enter to our own server, which stores it in our database. If analytics are enabled on this site they are privacy-focused and cookie-free. If we send email through a provider such as Klaviyo, your address is held there under their terms.
Your choices
Email hello@btfly.com at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist. We will act within 30 days.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. Your browser may store small preferences locally (for example, which menu was open); nothing in that storage identifies you or leaves your device.

The beta
BTFLY is in private beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot or a date. Features, plans and prices described on this site are planned and may change before launch. Beta members who are admitted get founding pricing locked in at launch.

Stores, charts and answers shown on this site are illustrations unless labeled otherwise. Daybreak Coffee Co. is a fictional brand. The quick preview tool produces a sketch from one public page and is not a guarantee of how a full build will look or perform.
No ranking promises
BTFLY builds pages with the structure and data that search engines and AI assistants read. Nobody controls how those systems rank or cite pages, and BTFLY makes no promise about rankings, citations, traffic or revenue.
Your store, your rules
In the beta, BTFLY never changes your prices, brand assets or copy without your approval, inside the limits you set. Every change is logged and reversible.
Acceptable use
Use the preview tool only on stores you own or have permission to work on. Do not use the site to send spam or to probe other people's sites.
Intellectual property
The BTFLY name, mark and site design belong to BTFLY. Your product content and brand stay yours.
